LM25141-Q1: How to set FMOD? and, RC network

The customer has two questions:

1, when set FMOD, what rules can I refer to?

    ±5%, Does it means Nominal Frequency, or , Voltage Value of DITH Pin?

    the modulation rate must be less than the oscillator frequency.  Is there a minimum limit?

     What is the effect of RC network?
