The bq27510 is connected to a battery and I can see its being accessed via GaugeStudio, But it seems that Gauge Studio can’t connect to it completely (see attached picture).
As you can see, it detects the EV2400 connected to the bq27510EVM and successfully reads the voltage (4.186V) and temperature. However, I can’t access any registers. Looking at the quickstart guide, I can see that it should find the exact device which in my case is bq27510. Is gauge studio expected to work with this device or do I have to use the older bqEASY software? Perhaps my actual IC doesn't have the right device type.
