On a device, I used a TI fuel gauge BQ27510. The communication with the processor is made with I2C bus. The I2C speed with fuelgauge is about 10KHz. There is another slave on the I2C bus and it work at 500KHz.
Sometimes, for an unknown reason, the fuelgaue pull down the SLC et SDA line to '0' and then the I2C bus don't work. If disconnect and reconnect the power supply of the fuelgauge, the I2C bus work correctly. It's the only way to correct the problem.
Actually I try to find the reason of this problem. Then, someone can help me to know why BQ27510 pull down SDA and SCL line ?
