Hello,
I want to use the BQ34Z100-G1 to read 4 lithium polymer batteries in series with a total of 14.8V and capacity of 10,000mAh. Also, I am not planning to use the 5-LED display but I want to use HDQ to read the data. Now, I will be using Figure 12 in the datasheet as a reference for my design but I have a couple question in regards to it:
Where does the PACK- connects to in my design. (I know one side is to the Rsense)
How do I choose my Sense resistor? is there an equation? (The datasheet only specifies a max voltage of 125 mV)
Do I need the switch connected to pin VEN and also the Q4-2N7002 MOSFET connected to it if I'm not using the LED display?
