Hi Team,
LM5176 EVM test problem.
1. Vin12~13V to 12Vout will have high gate blanching, current about 5A.
2. Vin under 11V measures Q5 as shown in the figure. high-gate does not switch on . At this moment, Q5 will heat up and the voltage will flow from the body diode.
3. Vin 13 above measurement Q5 is shown as high-gate switch on.
Is this blanching normal phenomenon? How to improve? thanks
