BQ27530EVM Will not charge battery

Hello,

I am trying to use the BQ27530EVM board and I cannot get it to charge my battery. I am using a 2500mAh Polymer Li-Lion battery pack (specifically Adafruit part #328) and changed the values in the bqEVSW v.0.9.92 from the default 1500mAh battery to 2500mAh. I realize I do not have the proper ChemID for the battery but in order to calculate it I need to charge the battery. I do have both enable jumpers on the board set to on and a 5VDC 3A power supply connected to the IN connector.

Any suggestions on what is going wrong here? Below is the dump of the settings from bqEVSW.
