Some questions about Bq34z110 _I2C Write-'Flags()' register

Hi,

I use STM32F215XX chip communicate with Bq34z110 chip through i2c.

I follow the step in page 28 of slusb55b.pdf

'PackConfiguration' : 0961 -> 0960

'Qmax Cell 0' : 4000 -> 10000

is success.

But I don't know step of 'Flags() : 2200 - > 0800'

How is the step? (Register, length, Data)
