Dear TI'S:
Custom use tps92630q1 as turn lighting , schematic as follow.PIN fault and fault_s connect together to drive a BJT(BCP56) .
R40=1K C18=C19=103K. Test point is for BCM detect.

1, I want to know the design is ok? Cause tps92630q1 have weak pullup current.
2. Custom found 2 bad pcs of tps92630q1, and the fault pin voltage turn to 3.7V, however ,the good pcs of tps92630q1 is 3.2V. the waveform see fig2.
The left is good pcs, the right is bad one. The top is Test point waveform, and the bottom is for fault waveform.
3.We have double check the BJT is ok, and the abnormal phenomenon follow the bad IC. Custom need FA analysis ,but I’m not sure the design is suitable or need to be optimized.
