Part Number: TPS2819
I am using TPS2819 to drive MOSFET IRF540.
Mosfet is driving Proportional Solenoid.
I am facing issue with few of my drivers burning after working for more than 3-4 months.
PWM from miceocontroller is 5V @ 250HZ.
I am attaching my circuit here.
Please let me know if any mistakes in circuit.
