BqGaugeStudio and BqCONFIG not worked with EV2300??

Dear Sir,

I need to review status table of gauge IC bq27425-G2A and I had a problem when working with EV2300 tool (PCB : HPA002 rev B).

I downloaded 3 application tools from website page for product bq27425-g2a : bqEVSW-bq27425g2 v2.05 , bq GaugeStudio v1.0.2 and bqCONFIG v1.5.2.

I used one tool at one time and double checked no other application activated with windows task manager. 

EV2300 worked well with bqEVSW, however it 's not worked when open  bq GaugeStudio v1.0.2 (hit : no adapter or gauge found) and bqCONFIG v1.5.2 (reading fail).
