Reading from bq20z80 and writing to it

Hi,

I'm a beginner to this chip or business and I need to read and write to some register to be specific.  I like to see how I can toggle [NR] bit to 0 or 1?

The subclass ID for this is 64, subclass name is configuration, offset = 8, Name = non-removable CFG, Size in Bytes = 2.  This is all I know.  The snapshot below is the programming screen from the EVSW.  Please let me know which box I use and what should I type to read from the register and write to it.
