TPS3808-Q1: About Manual reset

Part Number:TPS3808-Q1

Hi team.

My customer designed reset circuit as the below.

They added pull-up resistor(4.7kohm) between SENSE to /MR.

If MCU does not control /MR(/MR input signal is High) and when output voltage of LM43602 is stable, could additional pull-up resistor cause problems with the output?

Could pull-up resistor have a bad effect on the circuit?

Please refer to LM43602-Q1 circuit below.

Please check and reply ASAP.

Thank you

Hi

I use TPS40170RGYR to my design 12-48V input to 3.3V, but when 48v input cause thermal issue.

I want to know the what is the current through the LDO inside the TPS40170RGYR and the curve for input voltage vs TPS40170RGYR thermal

thanks

Hello

My customers are reviewing to use TPS25221DBVR.

Only the brief text of "Reverse current block" is shown on Datasheet of TPS25221DBVR as below.

The AP2553W6-7 from diodes, a competing part, provides a detailed description of the reverse current block as shown in the datasheet below.

Can you give me a more detailed specification like this?
Pleas check it.
Thank you

Part Number:LMR14030-Q1

Dear team,

My customer is using the LMR14030-Q1 in several projects, now they encountered a problem when testing as below, the overshoot of the SW waveform(marked by red circle) is too large(2.5V), their schematic is the second picture. Could you please help give me the reason why the overshoot is so large?

Thanks & Best Regards,

Sherry

Part Number:BQ25713

We would like to measure Bode plot of bq25713.

Please tell me the injection resistor point we should put.

- During charging operation
Is it between VBAT and SRN pin?

- When BATFET is OFF
Is it between VSYS line and VSYS pin?

- During OTG mode
Is it between Vin line and VBUS pin?

Part Number:TLC6C5724-Q1

Hello TI,

I made MCU send SPI signal to drive TLC6C5724 EVM, but the EVM could not be lit and the SDO port had signal transfer. The following is the signal I captured. Please help me check what was wrong.

(PS: The signal data that I sent to the register(GS or FC_BC_DC)  was copied from the TLC6C5724 EVM GUI which can successfully light  the EVM.)

TL431: A application Question about TL431

Part Number:TL431

Hi Experts,

When coming into reading TL431 datasheet Fig 36. I found there might be a problem for this kind of design:

Since VI(BATT) is connected directly to a resistor divider to REF. When VI(BATT) is higher than Low Limit, voltage on REF will therefore inevitably be higher than 2.5V. As what i can consider, put R3 before first resistor divider(left one) can solve this. Could you please give a clarification? Thank you for your help!

Part Number:MC33063A

Hello.

i must use MC33063A for a project where:

Vin = 12V to 24V

Vout = 5V

Iout = 2A

I can't use the normal configuration but with external NMOS or PMOS yes.

My question:

1- What is the better solution, NMOS or PMOS? What is the difference between the two solutions?

2- How I can configure the components?

Thanks

Part Number:UCC2897A

Hi,

We use UCC2897A for spec Vin is 54V and Vout is 12V.

PQ8 will be damaged. The fail rate is about 280/7000(4%).

Ch1: PQ8 VDS

CH2:VDD

CH3: SS

When power on, there are 2 spikes on PQ8 VDS.

Do you have any suggestion for this case?

Part Number:TPS2372

For a 60W POE application I used the TPS2372 to handle the negotiation, schematic for the relevant parts added as PDF.

The design works with passive PoE injectors, but active ones indicate there's an issue in the recognition process.

I've based the design off the 'recommended application' in the datasheet, is there anything i might have done wrong?

TPS2377: Load Capacitor Selection for PD

Part Number:TPS2377

Hello,

I was looking for assistance in choosing a load capacitor for the TPS2377 PD.  Looking on page 16 of the data sheet it provides a formula for determining the right capacitor value.  Any value I look at comes to about an order or two of magnitude larger than the maximum that is recommended (470uF).  Is there an updated formula or am I just calculating it wrong?  Downstream of the capacitor will have a 15 W DC-DC converter which will probably draw around 5W of power.

Thank you for your help!

Part Number:TPS63002

I am using TPS63002 in one of the my project. I want to generate 5V  @ 1A  from Li-ion battry. So input is between 3 to 4.2 V. I have connected as shown below:

My issue is when i powered up IC getting hot output drops to 3V ( sometimes it is 1.8 v also).

Can you suggest what was wrong in above schematic?
