On UCC28251PWR datasheet is info how to set tine delay betwen input and output pulses (SP and PS pins).
datasheet: "Dead time between primary-side switch
and secondary-side synchronous rectifiers can be
independently programmed"
I did not find information about dead time betwen primary side pulses in case of 50% duty cycle.
In assembled converter i can see 110 ns dead time. It suits for my converter, but would be good to understand how to calculate primary side impuls dead time.
Thank you

UCC21710-Q1: UCC21710-Q1:
Part Number:UCC21710-Q1
Hi,
We want use either UCC21750 or UCC21710-Q1 in 100kW EV battery charger to drive SiC MOSFETs. We need a peak current requirement of 18A(Both source/sink) with rise and fall times <50ns at switching frequency of 100 kHz. UCC21750/UCC21710 cannot supply this much peak currents. To accomplish this task we would like to use external P-channel or N-channel MOSFETs. We need soft turn OFF under MOSFET overcurrents. Please suggest how these ICs can be used to get soft turn OFF feature when external MOSFET buffer are used for gate driving.
Thanks and Regards,

UCC27714: UCC27714: the HO stays low all the time even if there is no UVLO fault condition
Part Number:UCC27714
We are University Students who are trying to make an 3 phase inverter. The circuit that we have used is the following:
(Please visit the site to view this file)
After numerous tries the HO always stays low, even if no UVLO fault condition is present. The LO output works fine. Is there a way to solve this problem?
Buck-Boost converter as current booster
TI,
I'm currently investigating if it is possible to use a Buck, Boost, or Buck-Boost converter as a Current Booster / Buffer stage for an op amp and if there are any examples of this being done.
Its already possible to arrange the converter as a current source by sensing the current and supplying it to the feedback pin. So I would imagine that this should be achievable by creating some relationship between an outer control loop of the main op-amp and the internal control loop of the converter.
What are your thoughts on this?
Thanks
BQ25895: RT1 and RT2 calculation
Part Number:BQ25895
Hi,
I'm little trouble with RT1 and RT2 calculation. I'm using a lithium-Polymer battery working between 2,75V and 4,2V. If I follow the formula with VBUS = 5V, so VREGN = 4,8V and a Cold/Hot Temperature Window in charge between +10°C and +45°C or 18K and 5K on the RTC, I find RT1 negative.
It seems my temperature window in charge is too small to have a good value for RT1. Are you agree with this result ?

LM34940 Status
A vendor of ours has quoted a design using a LM34940 part. But this is shown nowhere on TI's site and does not appear to be available in normal distro. I could only find one reference to it in this forum.
What is the story with this part? Is it a new part not yet released? Old part NRND? Abandoned? Is there or will there be any TI support for this part?
Thanks,

TLV62565: OCP waveform
Part Number:TLV62565
Hello
we test TLV62565 OCP function and got below waveform. But test another power rail, the output current is not drop at 2.2A but output drop to 0V, While increase load, the output current looks limit 2.2A. There are two different waveform for OCP testing. Which is correct? Thank you.
BQ34Z100-G1: Average current
Part Number:BQ34Z100-G1
Both datasheet and technical reference manual have same less detailed description of average current.
Qsns
1. Is there another document that has more details on average current?
2. What is the averaging period and number of samples?
I am trying to read more than 1 samples/second and am wondering if Average Current is a way to achieve that.
UCD9090A: Rail 10 (Page 9) fault shut down slave, Erroneous fault
Part Number:UCD9090A
Hello,
While running verification on UCD9090A, everytime we simulate a fault on a power rail, we always get an erroneous fault on rail #10 (1.0V rail). It always shows up as an undervoltage fault. Can you please help us understand what would cause this? Rail #10 works fine when a fault is simulated on that rail, but for some reason whenever we simulate a fault on any other rail, we still get an undervoltage fault for rail #10 as well.
Thanks,
Tom
LP38693: Ven for Vin = 5V
Part Number:LP38693
Hi Team,
In the figure in the post below, there seems to be a relatively linear relationship between Vin and Ven:
However, this same linearity does not seem to apply to the Electrical Characteristics section that describes the Ven threshold voltage at 4V and 6V when temperature and process variation are taken into consideration.
I am ultimately seeking to understand what the Ven threshold votlage should be across temperature and process variation for Vin = 5V, but I cannot extract this information reasonably from the datasheet. Would it be possible to provide a minimum specification for Ven when Vin =5V?
Thank you,
Jared
UCC28070: Buffering VINAC and VSENSE in a PFC rectifier
Part Number:UCC28070
What issues, if any, need to be considered if one wants to buffer the voltage divider on the input and output, VINAC and VSENSE, of the UCC28070?
For UCC28070, the input/output voltage sampling usually is just a voltage divider. But if I want to use a differential op-amp to buffer that signal, is that ok for UCC28070?
TPS40428EVM-594: Overshoot on startup
Part Number:TPS40428EVM-594
Hello,
My customer is experiencing overshoot at startup on the Eval module The output doesn't seem to be following VREF during startup. TON_RISE for VREF is 2.7msec, but the device is starting in less than 1msec with almost 100mV overshoot. After startup, performance appears to function as desired. Is this a known issue? Is there a setting that needs to be changed?
Thanks,
Michael

TPS53319: Suggested Alternative - Reasoning?
Part Number:TPS53319
Hello,
We're currently looking at using the TPS53319 part for a design. This part doesn't have any EOL notifications and is currenty active. However, I do see that it recommends alternatives for it:
Recommended alternative parts
- TPS548A20 - 4.5V to 25V input, DCAP3 Mode, 15-A Synchronous Step-Down SWIFT Converter
I was wondering why an alternative is recommended if this part is currently active or if such reasoning could be found anywhere? I don't want to use a part in my design that has known issues - but I wouldn't expect the part to be active if that is the case. Just asking for clarification on this since I haven't encountered it before.

TPS544C20: Cio at CLK(5pin) and Data(4pin) pins
Part Number:TPS544C20
Hello Experts,
My customer want to know about Cio of CLK(5pin) and DATA(4pin). I cannot found this in datasheet. This is needed to calculate total capacitance on SMBus of the system. Also does it vary by something else?
