LMZ31506: Temperature de-rating curve

Part Number: LMZ31506

The temperature derating curve in the data sheet shows only a constant temperature. Is there a derating curve showing changing current with varying temperature at different output voltages? Most manufacturers have this graph, so I'm curious if it can be found for this product.

LM5034: Questions on device

Hi Team, 

My customer is planning to use our LM5034. They have a couple of questions below:

1. Frequency domain of the low pass filter of the feedback pin? Need frequency response of LM5034 for current sharing. They want to know the frequency response of bode plot “from feedback(Comp1 and 2) to Duty”.

 2. Plan to have 5 ACF power stages, group 1 will control by the output 1 of IC, group 2 will be controlled by output 2 of IC

              - Can each output support multiple power stages?

     -  If it can, how can the current sense of each stage be used by the  CS input of the LM5034?

WEBENCH® Tools/LM3150: Ron package 0805

Hi,

I got a design of the LM3150 with Webench, where the Ron =105 Kohm with package 0805, over the alternate all eligibles.  The input voltage max is 24V.

Even the small footprint design option makes the same result.

I am skeptical. According to the datasheet, the RON pin is not a big current flow path.  With intuition, 0603 packages would be sufficient, I think.

Is there a stringent reason to use the bigger "0805" package for the Ron?

we are using the above IC for battery made out of 4 cells ( Model: Cell_A32173128E_50Ah_LFP).
could you please let me know what would be the best way to perform chemical ID?
we are thinking of performing data collection as it would be 25 amps cell, and than scaling it to 50 amps for application.
can you please let us know if this is acceptable or recommend something else?

UCC27524A: negative input voltage over -5V for UCC27524A

HI team, 

    I have a problem with UCC27524A. My customer used UCC27524A as PFC MOS gate driver. When the server PSU was running, the UCC27524A was damage. The customer tested the damaged IC and found input pin was open to ground. And then the customer captured there is negative input voltage(over -5V) on input pin. The schematic and tested waveform are as below. The negative voltage of input pin indicated in datasheet can reach -5V. So what's the absolute maximum rating stand for (DC or AC)? How long will the IC be damaged after negative input voltage exceeding - 5V? 

 And one more question, when the customer tested output voltage of UCC27524A, there still has negative voltage(over -2V) in their system. So please help to evaluate the risks.

BQ40Z80: Unbalanced cell voltage after store

Hi,

Application has 6s cell structure.

After store for 1 month, 1st and 2nd cell are below 3V but other cells are around 3.5V.

Cells are connected after grading so I don't think it's due to cell difference.

Could you advise for this issue?

TPS3828: the timeout sequence when WDI changed from HIZ to low impedance(level low)

 WDI is in HIZ when power up, and after 3s, the WDI will became level low, we are wondering how long it will take to make a timeout reset?

in this case, the time out might be a range. like what is the internal reset OSC frequency? and when is the watchdog time start point when WDI from HIZ to a level low.

My customer is using ISO5451 in their project and the PWM goes to STO from MCU and then goes to ISO5451. Due to voltage drop over the long distance, sometimes ISO5451 has no signal output. do you have any suggestions to solving the problem?

TPS92692: Question about Fault-pin and compensation parameters

Could you support following questions from my customer?

1.  My customer connects the /FLT pin to MCU like Fig.34 in the d/s. In the customer case, the MCU starts up before TPS92692, so the 3.3V pullup voltage is applied to /FLT pin before the TPS92692 startup. Is that acceptable?

2.   The following sentence is describe in the cal sheet of  "TPS92692-Q1 BOOST LED DRIVER COMPONENT CALCULATOR".  Could you let me know the meaning of fixed LED string output? Does it mean single LED string?  When customer uses single LED string, should customer use type 2 compensation?

-->Integral(type 1) network recommended for multiple LED string configuration

-->Proportional integral(type 2) network recommended for fixed LED string output

If snubber can't be used for this device, to reduce SW node spike of TPS62811-Q1, as I know besides input 0402 MLCC decoupling cap, any ways you think we can propose?

We can configure the current max register via A1h. But can’t configure the LED current via A0h.

When we config A1h; A0h data will be copied as A1h, is something setting wrong here?  

Below is our present setting,

  1. A1h -> 9Fh
  2. A5h -> F4h
  3. A7h -> F6h
  4. A9h -> 80h
  5. 01h -> 9Bh

BQ25570: BQ25570 VOUT Output voltage is unstable

Hello my question is

I set the voltage output is set to 3.3V.My system is a BQ25570 powering a system(MCU) at 3.3V.  The system  is on the regulated VOUT net of the BQ25570 (on the buck step-down).

But sometimes the built-in Lbuck of bq225570 will have a voltage below 1V.

Sometimes using the meter to measure the voltage and return to normal 3.3V

The following is my circuit diagram TPS62737 is not on the piece
