TLV62568: Control output change with PWM pin of MCU

Dear all :

       I have a requirement: 5V input, 1.2~2V output, 100mA.I need the output to be controlled by the MCU

Question 1: can FB foot of TLV62568 control the output change by accessing MCU?If so, how to connect?How should the output voltage be calculated?

Question2: if not, is there any other recommended solution?

Please let me ask about accuracy of Ichg setting. Is the min/max value guaranteed with tolerance of 10mohm Rsns? Then what tolerance do you expected, 0.5% or 1.0% like WSLP series from Vishay used in EVM?

I would like to ask a question.

According to the following table in datasheet p.27, 

If Bit B2 to B7 are 1, the charging voltage will be 4.8V, exceeding the maximum charging voltage (4.44V) of this device.

In this case, the charging voltage is 4.44V, which is considered not to exceed the maximum value. Is it correct?

TPS82085: Recommend Voltage divider resistor for Vo=0.8 V

Could you tell me how to set the divider resistor for Vo=0.8V?

Because I use WEBENCH simulation result is 1R and 1MR.

But base on datasheet recommends Rbot not higher 180KR.

UCC28950: OUT pin default status

Hi,

With reference to UCC28950 datasheet, as per block diagram on page number 16, pins OUTB, OUTD, OUTF seems to be active low.

However, as per the OUT pin description table, there is no clear information about the default logic of these pins. Would need verification if these pins were active high or low. Thanks.

i am trying to charge 2s2p lipo 1200mAh batteries from solar panels using BQ24650. the input voltage from the solar panels is around 4.4v. 

1. would it be a good idea to use a diode in series to increase the input voltage to atleast 5v?

2. can the bq24650 boost the voltage or will i have to configure it as sepic?

We also checked the TPS23880EVM document. In page 2 of that document, it says:

“Two IEEE802.3bt (draft) 4-pair ports with 1000BASE-T (gigabit Ethernet data pass-through)”

That means that the EVM supports only 1Gb Ethernet.

 

Do you have similar or higher version of PoE EVM (Evaluation Module) that design to run in 10GbE?

In case none, do you plan to create one? Or can you recommend TI third party partner that has EVM that support 10GbE?

TPS40210: Switching Frequency

Hi,

Switching frequency depends on VDD on customer's circuit.

At VDD=12V, it is 86kHz, at VDD=30V, it is 84kHz.

Is this variation valid?

The RC pin is connected with VDD via a resistor on the schematic.

RT=680kHz, CT=220pF

Reading the datasheet of the part, I see that you recommend a 10:1 ratio for input:output (Cin:CL) capacitance. Why then are the scope shots showing curves for 1:10 vs 1:22 ratios? It is highly confusing.

Hi , 

I am connecting TPS61194-Q1 PWM pin to a MCU , in that at when PWM pin is pulled ground ( continuous zero ) the screen turn blank , Can I or the PWM signal with Vref ~1.2V & then give to PWM pin so when the PWM from the MCU is pulled zero , VREF appears at PWM pin . Is this acceptable , because as per internal  block diagram of IC it needs PWM to control brightness . 

Please guide me. I basically need a min brightness , the screen should not turn blank.
